Weddings
Memorial House and the surrounding Memory Grove Park provide timeless settings for wedding ceremonies, both indoors and out. Couples may exchange vows in the elegant Main Hall, or choose from beautiful outdoor locations such as the South Lawn, Meditation Chapel, White Monument, or Fountain Area—each offering its own charm and stunning backdrop.

Ceremony accommodations range from intimate gatherings of 30 in the Meditation Chapel to celebrations of up to 300 at the White Monument. For peace of mind, the Main Hall is always available as a weather backup when booking an outdoor ceremony. Our team is committed to making sure every part of the venue is ready and refined, so your day unfolds exactly as you imagined.

The Main Hall serves as an elegant setting for your main event, while the Garden Room provides a light-filled space ideal for catering and beverage service, creating a seamless flow throughout the venue. The South Lawn offers a picturesque backdrop of Memory Grove Park—perfect for mingling, garden games, live music, and more. During the warmer months, the adjoining patio extends naturally to the lawn, allowing your event to flow beautifully between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Preservation Utah, a nonprofit organization, proudly operates Memorial House. All proceeds from venue rentals go directly toward preserving and protecting this historic building and supporting preservation efforts across Utah.

Corporate
Memorial House is the ideal venue for corporate gatherings of every kind—from holiday parties, kickoff events, and awards ceremonies to offsite meetings, retreats, and training events with special guest speakers. Our historic Main Hall accommodates up to 150 guests for a seated dinner or up to 300 guests seated in rows , offering a versatile backdrop for both formal and casual occasions.

For smaller gatherings, our Garden Room provides an intimate setting surrounded by living plants, while our South Lawn offers a beautiful view of Memory Grove Park. The park itself creates a natural extension of your event, perfect for team-building activities and restorative walks between sessions.
We are able to offer 10% off any event rental to the following:

Veterans - Must provide a DD-214 form

Active Military - Must provide Military ID and Common Access card upon signing.
