Catering and Event Services

Memorial House offers catering and event services tailored to all types of gatherings—whether you’re planning a wedding, a special occasion, a nonprofit fundraiser, or a corporate event. Our team works with you to ensure every detail is seamless and memorable.

  • 150 parking spaces in a security gate

  • Twenty 66" round tables (fits 8-10 chairs)

  • Six 6ft tables

  • 6 highboys/cocktail tables

  • 5 Patio tables (weather permitting)

  • 20 patio chairs (weather permitting) 

    • Patio furniture cannot be removed​

  • 15 linens included (Additional can be rented if needed)

Preferred Caterers

Memorial House does not have in-house catering. Instead, we offer a pleasing variety of options within our list of preferred catering companies, which collectively cover a wide range of budgets and types of food. These caterers have been selected because they consistently provide excellent service, offer a wide range of menu options to suit different tastes and budgets, and ensure that event needs, such as bussing and cleanup, are fully taken care of.

 

If you are interested in using a caterer that is not on our list, we may be able to accommodate this, subject to approval, though please note there is a $450 outside catering fee per caterer.

For health and safety reasons, all food served at Memorial House must be prepared and served by a licensed on-site caterer; we do not allow food to be dropped off at our venue.

All one-time caterers must provide proof of insurance, business license, and additional documentation, and be confirmed 45 days before the event. 

​

Wedding cakes may be arranged through the bakery of your choice.

Bar Services

Alcohol is allowed at Memorial House, but must be served by a bartender licensed to serve at our establishment.

Bar service should be arranged through one of our preferred caterers (see above) or through one of our pre-approved bartending services to ensure that bartenders are certified, licensed, and insured.  If you are interested in using a bar service that is not on our list, we may be able to accommodate this, subject to approval, and will not require a fee.

All alcohol service and consumption must comply with Utah state liquor laws. Cash bars are not allowed, and all alcohol must stay within the Memorial House premises. Additional preferred bartending services include:

Linens

Linens play a key role in bringing your vision to life, and add elegance, color, and cohesion to your event design. At Memorial House, we’re delighted to include your choice of 15 standard linens with your venue rental, helping create a polished and timeless look in our historic space.

We partner with Specialty Linens to offer a wide selection of classic and contemporary options. To ensure the perfect match for your event, we recommend visiting their showroom in person to view colors and textures firsthand. You can also browse available options on their website.


Additional linens may be rented through us. Please note that specialty items such as runners, napkins, or sequin and textured fabrics are not included but can be added to your order at an additional cost.

Audio/Visual Services

Because of the unique historic nature of Memorial House, our main hall does not have a built-in speaker system. However, we do offer a simple and effective AV setup to support your event needs.

​

Our in-house AV package includes two speakers, a microphone, and an adapter for $350. If you're planning an outdoor ceremony, we also offer a wireless speaker and microphone setup. Both indoor and outdoor services can be bundled together for a total of $450.

​

You're also welcome to bring in your own audio/visual vendor if you prefer.
